I have always found fulfilment in helping people. From the age of 17, I worked in health and social care. Through my experiences of being pregnant with my own children and finding great relief from using reflexology to prepare my own body for labour, I thought reflexology offered me the perfect, practical hands-on approach to helping people.

After intense training, I got my Level 5 Diploma in reflexology, which allows me to not just provide reflexology for relaxation but also targeted treatments which can alleviate the symptoms of a range of issues. I have recently worked with clients who have had menopausal symptoms, who are preparing for labour, people with musculoskeletal issues, stress, anxiety, low energy levels from chemotherapy, chronic fatigue syndrome, eczema, and Meniere’s disease.

I am always looking to develop and improve myself and my practice through reading and professional development. I am currently studying for a degree in Osteopathy with The College of Osteopaths.
